Win2PDF Desktop PDF Security

 

To password protect or set permissions on an existing PDF, open a PDF file using "File -> Open" or drag-and-dropping a PDF file onto the Win2PDF Desktop icon and then select "File-> PDF Security...":

 

 

File → PDF Security

Changes PDF Security options including passwords and permissions.
